Overwhelmed? Anxious?

Overwhelm and anxiety can really take over your life. Many of my clients found this to be part of their everyday life and it doesn't need to be. The good news is that they did overcome it and so can you.

Imagine feeling in control (healthy control not the micro management of everything as this is a symptom of anxiety).

Imagine knowing that if something does go wrong no matter what it is you can handle it.

When you can't see the wood for the trees and you have that tightness in your jaw or chest that you can let it go and smile.

​As a life coach it is my job to support you, guide you and to help you move forward. Until then a simple technique for you to do when you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious is to simply breathe.

Breathe in deeply to the count of 4, hold for the count of 4, breathe out to the count of 4, then hold for the count of 4. Do this cycle 4 times and you will feel calmer and more in control.

Please don't let overwhelm or anxiety rule your world - you can overcome it. There are so many strategies and techniques that can help you so for now just breathe.
